By buying a commission you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

~Contact and Communication~

I will need your e-mail in order to communicate with you while working on your piece. I recommend this e-mail being one that you check regularly to ensure fluid communication.
Due to past events, I will not accept contact requests on any IM service from customers. This is for my personal safety.
All things regarding commissions must be sent to my e-mail (witchdragonatwork@gmail.com).
If a commission request is sent through private messaging on deviantART, FurAffinity, Weasyl, Furiffic, Tumblr, or any other website, I will give you my e-mail and tell you to send it there.
During my art process I will share my progress with you through e-mail. I need your communication in order to continue a piece.
If no contact is made within 30 days, I will cancel the piece and give a refund if payment was made.

~Payment information~

I have the right to refuse a commission, even if payment is already sent.
Because of Paypal's ToS, you must be 18+ or have a guardian's permission to order a commission.
I will only accept payment through Paypal (rednascar01@yahoo.com).
I live in the United States, therefore any international buyers must be aware of this when buying my artwork. Please take the effort to convert your payment to US dollars.
Payment must be made up front. If your commission costs more than $50 you have permission to pay half before I start and the rest later.
Payments must be sent as a service, not as a gift!
Payment sent will stay in my Paypal account until the piece is finished.

~Art Process~

My art comes in these stages; rough sketch, sketch, lineart, flat color, and full color. This may or may not include the background.
Small changes can be made free of charge.
Larger changes will cost between $5 and $10, depending on how large the change is.
If I decide I don't like how it's turning out, I will start over with no charge. I will let you know if I decide to do this.
If an accident occurs that results in the loss of my progress, I will start over with no charge. I will let you know if this happens.
I love to host art streams, and I may do this with your commission. I will notify you when I stream your commission.

~Deadlines and Turnarounds~

I normally work rather quickly and can get a piece done within a week, depending on how many other things I am doing at the time.
I will let you know if I am unable to do your piece for a certain amount of time, whether for mental health or other real-life reasons.
If you need a piece done by a speific date, please let me know and I will set a deadline.
I will not work on a piece if the deadline is unreasonable.

~Refund Policy~

A refund may be requested at any time during the art process. When a request for a refund is made, I will give the equivalent to the amount of work I have not done.
I will not issue a refund if the piece is already finished and given.
I have the right to give a refund and cancel the piece if there is poor communication, harassment, improper conduct, or if I feel uncomfortable with the customer.
If I cannot finish the piece for any reason, you will receive a refund equivalent to what I have not done.
If said piece had a deadline and I cannot finish it, I will send a refund and a sketch for compensation.

~Rights and Distribution~

Once you have the piece, you have all rights to edit it as you see fit. You may request a .sai or a .psd of your piece if you wish to do this.
You may post the piece online, but you MUST give me credit with a link to me (can be my art sites or this website).
You MAY NOT use the piece for monitary gain.
You MAY NOT enter the piece in contests.

By commissioning me, you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service were written and posted on the 27th of March, 2016 and have not changed since.
